Legislative goals

1. Capping or creating a quota system for  current license numbers 

2. Institute the ability to sell portions of a license.

3. Lowering the State sales tax to combat the growing black market

4. Adjusting the hours of operations

5. Extending the period for employee licensing from every year to once every 3 years

6. Create a policy to allow a period of time for a license to become doormat due to a sale or move. 

7. Tax on discounted items (this can be changed through the rule making process)

8. Install new fine procedures. Create set fines, not arbitrary fines

9. Create standards for random inspections
